Carolina Miranda is the founder of Cultivating Capital, a Certified Green Business and B Corporation that workswith East Bay businesses to implement sustainable business practices. As a Green Business Consultant with theAlameda County Green Business Program, she has worked with hundreds of small-to-medium sized businessesthroughout the county to reduce waste, conserve water, minimize pollution, and save energy. She currently serves onthe Advisory Boards of the Sustainable Business Alliance and the Bay Area Green Tours.
Carolina holds an MBA in Sustainable Enterprise that combines fundamental business skills with a deepunderstanding of sustainable business practices. After completing her MBA, she served as Associate Director of theInstitute for Environmental Entrepreneurship, where she worked on triple-bottom line research and development.Prior to starting her own business, she was the Sustainability and Marketing Manager for Greenerprinter in Berkeleyand a Health & Safety Director for the American Red Cross.
